Technical Teams at Leap
Platform Engineering
Leap’s app team builds the web app that both Leap and our brands use to analyze and configure our national store network. This includes both React work as well as the internal API development that new feature work requires.

Leap’s app team builds the web app that both Leap and our brands use to analyze and configure our national store network. This includes both React work as well as the internal API development that new feature work requires.
Analytics Engineering
Leap’s analytics team builds the universal, central analytics schema that powers the platform. Analytics engineers work closely with data engineers, product managers, and analytics managers to make our organized, standardized data structure available to power all kinds of internal and brand-facing insights.
Product Management and Design
Leap product managers lead cross-functional teams aligned with business goals to deliver value to customers. Product managers work side-by-side with engineers, product designers, analytics experts, business experts, and more to envision and deliver solutions that are valuable, viable, usable, and feasible.
